I grew up with a family business that combined very different areas under one roof: plastics production, washroom hygiene services, fuel tablets, and an audiobook publisher. Therefore, it was necessary to "switch" between subjects and understand different sales channels and customers. I am therefore familiar with flexibility and have diverse industry knowledge. A non-profit foundation affiliated with the company had a large center for the elderly. Consequently, I know the issues at this stage of life and have learned a lot about life.
After the sudden death of my father, I immediately joined the company (and completed my studies in parallel). After some time, our family wanted to take advantage of a good purchase offer for various reasons. I continued to develop and maintain my contacts and network in the business world.
As an entrepreneur, I have experience in filling positions critical to my own company's success. For jobs essential to success, the best candidates must be found for the respective requirements. The people have to fit the company both professionally and personally. I know what companies need and how important key positions are. As a personnel consultant, I have proven my expertise in placing successful candidates for well-known companies to the complete satisfaction of both the company and the candidate.

For legal reasons, only job-specific and job-relevant behavior may be documented in the context of personnel selection. In Germany, this is specified and determined by DIN 33430. We therefore use a test that respects this standard and thus preserves their personal rights.
